The invention discloses a pressure determination method and device. The method comprises the steps that first pedal displacement and first pedal speed of a brake pedal and first manual master cylinder pressure of a manual master cylinder are obtained, and first electric master cylinder pressure corresponding to the first pedal displacement is determined according to the first corresponding relation between the pedal displacement and the electric master cylinder pressure; determining a second electric master cylinder pressure corresponding to the first manual master cylinder pressure according to a second corresponding relation between the manual master cylinder pressure and the electric master cylinder pressure, and determining a target weight corresponding to the first pedal speed according to a third corresponding relation between the pedal speed and the weight, and according to the first electric main cylinder pressure, the second electric main cylinder pressure and the target weight, the target electric main cylinder pressure of the electric main cylinder is determined. In this way, the target pressure of the electric master cylinder can be accurately determined according to the request of the driver.
