The invention discloses a diesel engine monorail crane braking energy recovery system and a control method. Firstly, a monorail crane braking energy recovery system converts locomotive braking energy into hydraulic energy to be stored in an energy accumulator through a secondary element, an energy accumulator outlet and a braking hydraulic cylinder are provided with pressure sensors, and the secondary element and a load are provided with a speed sensor and a tilt angle sensor respectively; the deceleration which can be provided by the recovery system is calculated by detecting the pressure change of oil in an energy accumulator and the operation state of the monorail crane in real time, different recovery control modes are formulated according to the deceleration, and the pressure of oil in a rod cavity of a brake hydraulic cylinder is controlled in real time through a pressure signal fed back by a pressure sensor on the brake hydraulic cylinder; the acceleration phenomenon of the locomotive caused by insufficient braking torque provided by the energy accumulator during large-gradient downhill braking of the monorail crane is avoided, and the energy recovery efficiency of the energy accumulator and the braking reliability of the monorail crane are improved.

    本发明公开了一种柴油机单轨吊制动能量回收系统及控制方法。首先,单轨吊制动能量回收系统通过二次元件将机车制动能转变成液压能存储于蓄能器中,蓄能器出口和制动液压缸安装有压力传感器,二次元件和负载分别装有速度传感器和倾角传感器,通过实时检测蓄能器内油液压力变化和单轨吊运行状态计算回收系统所能提供的减速度,并根据减速度大小制定不同的回收控制模式,通过制动液压缸上压力传感器反馈的压力信号,实时控制制动液压缸有杆腔内的油液压力,避免了单轨吊大坡度下坡制动时,蓄能器提供制动扭矩不足导致机车出现的加速现象,提高了蓄能器的能量回收效率和单轨吊制动的可靠性。
