The invention provides a flow speed debugging method and system for a ship oil system, and the method comprises the steps: firstly constructing a pipe network model of the ship oil system, and solving a first Reynolds value of a pipeline under the condition that the resistance coefficient of a valve is minimum; then, whether the first Reynolds value is within a preset range or not is judged, and a second valve resistance coefficient of each valve is obtained accordingly; and finally, calculating the first valve opening according to the resistance coefficient-valve opening curve and the second valve resistance coefficient. Simulation debugging is carried out in the ship oil system pipe network design stage, the relation between the valve opening degree and the resistance coefficient is established, and the oil flow speed of each pipeline meets the series washing requirement by adjusting the valve opening degree; in addition, valve opening data output through simulation debugging can provide reference for later on-site actual debugging, and the ship system debugging process can be optimized, so that the debugging period is shortened, and the ship building cost is reduced.

    本发明提供一种用于船舶油系统的流速调试方法及系统,首先,构建船舶油系统的管网模型,求解在阀门阻力系数最小情况下的管路的第一雷诺数值;接着,判断第一雷诺数值是否处于预设范围内,并由此得到每个阀门的第二阀门阻力系数;最后,根据阻力系数‑阀门开度曲线以及第二阀门阻力系数,计算出第一阀门开度。本发明在船舶油系统管网设计阶段进行仿真调试,建立阀门开度和阻力系数之间的关系,通过调节阀门开度使各个管路的油流速度均满足串洗需求;另外,仿真调试输出的阀门开度数据可为后期的现场实际调试提供参考,有助于优化船舶系统调试过程,从而缩短调试周期、降低船舶建造成本。
