Wherein the traction beam group of the car body chassis is roughly arranged in a tree-shaped structure, a car coupler seat, a buffer beam, a chassis edge beam and a sleeper beam can be effectively connected into an integral closed frame, a plurality of local closed frames are formed, the structural rigidity of the end frame can be greatly improved, and a transmission path of load borne by the car coupler seat is optimized; meanwhile, the structural section size, the sectional material wall thickness and the like of each beam body in the end frame can be properly reduced. On the whole, the weight of the railway vehicle is reasonably controlled through the structural design and the use of light-weight materials, and the purposes of weight reduction and weight reduction are achieved on the basis that the strength requirement is met.

    本发明公开一种轨道车辆,该轨道车辆针对转向架构架、车体、司机室和车下设备系统,分别提出了相应的优化设计。其中,转向架构架的侧梁大致呈变截面鱼腹形设计,根据侧梁的承载力矩分布采用截面最小化设计,以等强度裕量设计理念确定侧梁各截面的抗弯模量。其中,车体底架的牵引梁组大致呈树形结构布局,能够将车钩座、缓冲梁、底架边梁以及枕梁有效连接为一个整体闭合框架,并形成多个局部闭合框架,可以大幅地提升端部架的结构刚度,优化车钩座所承受载荷的传递路径;同时端部架中各梁体的结构断面尺寸、型材壁厚等可以适当降低。整体上,通过结构设计和使用轻量化材料合理控制轨道车辆的重量,在满足强度需求的基础下,达到轻量化减重的目的。
