The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, in particular to a brake disc temperature monitoring method and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring basic configuration parameters and braking related parameters of the railway vehicle; based on the basic configuration parameters and the brake related parameters, the heat flux density and the convective heat transfer coefficient of the brake disc are calculated through a heat flux density formula and a convective heat transfer coefficient formula respectively; and the heat flux density and the convective heat transfer coefficient of the brake disc are input into finite element analysis software for temperature field simulation calculation, and brake disc temperature data are obtained. The invention aims to solve the problem that the temperature of a brake disc in a motor train unit vehicle cannot be monitored in the prior art in the running process of the motor train unit vehicle.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种制动盘温度监测方法及系统。其方法包括获取轨道车辆的基础配置参数和制动相关参数;基于所述基础配置参数和制动相关参数,利用热流密度公式和对流换热系数公式,分别计算出制动盘热流密度和对流换热系数;将所述制动盘热流密度和对流换热系数输入有限元分析软件进行温度场仿真计算,得到制动盘温度数据。本发明的目的是解决动车组车辆在运行过程中,现有技术无法对动车组车辆中的制动盘的温度进行监测的问题。
