The invention relates to a peristaltic crawling device for overhead transmission line insulator detection. The peristaltic crawling device comprises a clamping mechanism, a guide mechanism, a driving mechanism, a fixing mechanism and a base, the clamping mechanism comprises a first encircling clamping jaw group, a second encircling clamping jaw group and a third encircling clamping jaw group which are sequentially distributed on the outer side of the overhead transmission line insulator, and a clamping jaw structure of each encircling clamping jaw group is connected with a telescopic motor; the base comprises a control box and a plurality of sliding module sets arranged on the control box, and the multiple sliding module sets are slidably connected with the surrounding clamping jaw sets correspondingly. The driving mechanism drives the second surrounding clamping jaw set to move between the first surrounding clamping jaw set and the third surrounding clamping jaw set. The two ends of the guide mechanism are connected to the inner side of the first surrounding clamping jaw set and the inner side of the third surrounding clamping jaw set correspondingly. Compared with the prior art, stable crawling of various types of insulators can be achieved, and a carrying platform is provided for follow-up insulator installation quality acceptance equipment.

    本发明涉及一种用于架空输电线路绝缘子检测的蠕动式爬行装置,包括夹持机构、导向机构、驱动机构、固定机构和底座;夹持机构包括依次分布在架空输电线路绝缘子外侧的第一环抱夹爪组、第二环抱夹爪组和第三环抱夹爪组,各个环抱夹爪组的夹爪结构均连接有伸缩电机;底座包括控制箱和设置在控制箱上的滑动模块组,滑动模块组的数量为多个,分别滑动连接各个环抱夹爪组;驱动机构带动第二环抱夹爪组在第一环抱夹爪组和第三环抱夹爪组之间移动;导向机构的两端分别连接在第一环抱夹爪组和第三环抱夹爪组的内侧。与现有技术相比,本发明能实现对各类型绝缘子的稳定爬行,为后续绝缘子安装质量验收设备提供搭载平台。
