The vehicle thermal management system comprises a motor loop, a battery loop and a first switching assembly, and first fluid circulates in the motor loop; second fluid circulates in the battery loop, the battery loop comprises a battery pack, a battery heat management plate, a first fluid driving piece and a spraying assembly, and the spraying assembly comprises a spraying opening and a control valve; the first switching assembly is arranged between the motor loop and the battery loop, and the working state of the first switching assembly comprises a first working state and a second working state; when the first switching assembly is in the second working state, the motor loop is communicated with the battery loop; when the switching assembly is in the second working state and the control valve is in the open state, the first fluid driving piece can drive the second fluid and the first fluid to be sprayed to the battery pack through the spraying opening.
