Wherein the antireflection film comprises at least one high-refractive-index layer formed on the surface of the glass substrate and at least one low-refractive-index layer formed on the surface of the high-refractive-index layer; the refractive index of the high refractive index layer is 1.90 to 2.72; and the refractive index of the low refractive index layer is 1.46 to 1.60. The automobile inside rear-view mirror lens provided by the invention has the advantages that the displayed image has no ghosting, the color is neutral, and the reality can be effectively enhanced.
