The invention discloses a projection type omnidirectional stabilization and stability augmentation self-righting ocean platform which comprises a first cone and a second cone which are connected into a whole, the bottom of the first cone and the top of the second cone are connected and are equal in outer diameter, the top of the first cone is smaller than the bottom of the first cone, and the top of the second cone is smaller than the bottom of the second cone. The height of the first cone is smaller than that of the second cone, a first cabin located in the second cone, an anti-rolling water cabin placed in the first cabin and a second cabin located on one longitudinal side of the first cabin serve as load chambers for containing a sensor, and when the sensor is put into water, the anti-rolling water cabin and the second cabin serve as load chambers for containing the sensor. The first cone is located below the second cone, and the first compartment is substantially in a waterline position of the platform. The ocean platform has high stability when being projected into the ocean, has the self-righting characteristic and does not need to consume extra energy.
