The invention discloses a composite brake anti-lock control system and a composite brake anti-lock control method, and belongs to the technical field of automobile brake anti-lock systems. Comprising a sensor unit, a wheel slip rate deviation calculation unit, an electronic mechanical brake ideal braking torque calculation unit, a power motor controller assembly and an anti-lock braking system assembly. The power motor controller assembly is connected with four power motors, each power motor is connected with a corresponding electronic mechanical brake, and the anti-lock braking system assembly comprises a fuzzy PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) controller, a composite braking system and a torque distribution unit. When it is detected that the wheel slip rate tends to be locked, the electronic mechanical braking force is macroscopically adjusted to be close to the road adhesion limit firstly, meanwhile, fuzzy self-tuning PID control is adopted for adjusting the regenerative braking torque in a small range, the fluctuation of the wheel speed in the whole braking process is very small, and a vehicle has good braking smoothness.

    本发明公开了一种复合制动防抱死控制系统及方法,属于汽车制动防抱死系统的技术领域,一种复合制动防抱死控制系统,包括传感器单元、车轮滑移率偏差计算单元、电子机械制动器理想制动力矩计算单元、动力电机控制器总成和防抱死制动系统总成;所述动力电机控制器总成连接有四个动力电机,每个所述动力电机皆连接有相对应的电子机械制动器,防抱死制动系统总成包括模糊PID控制器、复合制动系统和力矩分配单元。本发明检测到车轮滑移率有抱死倾向时,率先宏观调节电子机械制动力至路面附着极限附近,同时采用模糊自整定PID控制对再生制动力矩进行小范围的调节,整个制动过程轮速波动很小,车辆具有较好的制动平顺性。
