The invention discloses an urban resident dynamic OD matrix extraction method based on mobile phone signaling data, and relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic systems. The method comprises the steps of data preprocessing, resident point identification and dynamic OD matrix construction. According to the method, the resident point information in the resident travel trajectory is extracted from massive CDR data, then the OD information is matched with the road network key nodes to deduce the dynamic OD matrix, and compared with a traditional OD matrix acquisition method, the method has remarkable advantages, so that research on the dynamic OD matrix acquisition method based on the mobile phone positioning data has important significance on traffic planning and management, and the method is suitable for popularization and application. According to the method, the travel characteristic differences, including public transportation, private cars, shared bicycles and the like, among different vehicles are discussed in the future, the travel preferences of urban residents and influence factors thereof are further revealed, the travel demands of the residents are more comprehensively considered when a traffic planning department makes a strategy, traffic resource allocation is optimized, and the traffic planning department is promoted to make a strategy. And the urban traffic efficiency is improved.
