The invention discloses a design method for optimizing the layout of urban parking facilities, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, firstly, dividing parking communities according to the total scale of permanent resident population in a district and the related design technical specifications of urban public parking in combination with the spatial attribute conditions of urban roads, rivers and railways; step 2, secondly, carrying out preliminary investigation on distribution of existing public parking facilities, and carrying out space coverage analysis on the existing public parking facilities by taking an area which can be reached by the citizens walking for five minutes as a service radius, so as to sort out areas which are not covered by the public parking facilities in the parking community; the method has the beneficial effects that the population thermodynamic data at multiple time points are captured, spatial overlay analysis is performed on the thermodynamic data in different periods and the parking areas, the distribution weights of the parking areas at different time points are calculated respectively, the average proportion of each parking area is obtained after weighted averaging, and the accuracy of traffic analysis planning work is improved.

    本发明公开了一种优化城市停车设施布局的设计方法,所述方法如下:步骤一:首先,根据片区常住人口总规模以及城市公共停车相关设计技术规范,结合城市道路、河流、铁路空间属性情况,划分停车小区;步骤二:其次,对现有公共停车设施分布进行摸底调查,并以市民步行五分钟能抵达的区域为服务半径,对既有公共停车设施进行空间覆盖度分析,从而梳理出停车小区内公共停车设施未覆盖区域;本发明的有益效果是:通过抓取多个时间点的人口热力数据,将不同时期热力数据与停车小区进行空间叠加分析,分别计算不同时间点的停车小区的分布权重,加权平均后得到各停车小区的平均占比,增加了交通分析规划工作准确性。
