本发明公开了一种具有减振结构的机载光电载荷承载设备，包括光电载荷模块，还包括安装架，所述安装架底部两侧垂直固定有镜像的固定板，镜像所述的固定板两侧设有卡接组件，并通过卡接组件卡接有承载外壳，所述承载外壳内部设有减振组件，并通过减振组件夹持光电载荷模块，所述安装架和承载外壳还设有散热组件，本发明的机载光电载荷承载设备分别设有卡接组件、减振组件和散热组件，通过卡接组件可以实现一步拆/装机载光电载荷装置，其散热组件可以配合无人机、直升机等飞行平台，将飞行过程中的气流导流至机载光电载荷装置内部进行通风散热。
