According to the on-sale passenger car energy consumption prediction system based on the cloud platform, the target energy consumption is calculated and determined according to the target user working condition and the target driving resistance, calculation of the target energy consumption does not need to depend on vehicle passing driving data, and visual target energy consumption can be provided for a user who selects and purchases a new car.
