The invention discloses a train fusion control device, method and equipment and a medium, and relates to the technical field of rail transit. The train fusion control device comprises a central control unit, a vehicle control unit and a switch. The central control unit and the vehicle control unit are respectively accessed to a train network through a switch; the central control unit is used for generating a control instruction and sending the control instruction to the vehicle control unit through a train network; the train control unit is connected with the train subsystem executing mechanisms and used for receiving the control instructions and controlling operation of the train subsystem executing mechanisms according to the control instructions. According to the scheme, a train control framework is designed on the basis of a fusion concept, and the whole vehicle control function is planned and distributed according to a train-level framework and a vehicle-level framework. The central control unit is responsible for overall planning of the equipment state of the whole train, the train control unit controls operation of each train subsystem executing mechanism, the train function integration degree is improved, and the resource occupancy rate and the train intelligent level are optimized.
