The invention provides a control system for an aircraft, a control method for an aircraft, and a storage medium capable of more appropriately suppressing noise. A control system for an aircraft is provided with: a plurality of engines attached to the airframe of the aircraft; a plurality of generators connected to engine shafts of the plurality of engines; a motor driven by power supplied from the plurality of generators; a rotor driven by the driving force output from the motor; and a control unit that estimates whether or not an excessive noise condition is satisfied on the basis of information for estimating the noise of the engine, and that, when it is estimated that the excessive noise condition is satisfied, changes one or both of the rotational speed and the magnitude of torque of the engine, and changes the rotational speed and/or the magnitude of torque of the engine when it is estimated that the excessive noise condition is satisfied. The noise is reduced compared with the noise before the excessive noise condition is met.
