Abstract

According to the super high-rise building outer wall drainage pipeline auxiliary installation equipment, through the arranged multi-position clamping assembly, multiple drainage pipes can be hoisted at a time, the next round of hoisting work can be carried out after a set of drainage pipes are continuously installed, the number of times of back-and-forth hoisting is reduced, and meanwhile the installation efficiency of workers is improved; the multi-position clamping assembly can stably slide down along the outer wall face of a building by moving the distance fixing piece, in the process, due to the effect of the multi-position clamping assembly, the drainage pipe is conveyed to a designated installation position in a vertical state, and clockwise rotation is conducted through the power assembly; the drainage pipes loaded and transported by the multi-position clamping assembly are sequentially moved to the outlet position and then taken by an operator, the operator does not need to straighten the drainage pipes, meanwhile, the device does not shake along with wind blowing, and the installation work can be conducted in a time-saving and labor-saving mode.

本发明涉及一种超高层建筑外墙排水管道辅助安装设备，通过设置的多位夹持组件，可以实现一次吊运多根排水管，连续安装完一组的排水管后再进行下一轮的吊运工作，减少来回吊运次数的同时，提高了工作人员的安装效率；通过移动定距件使得多位夹持组件能够沿着建筑外墙壁面稳定下滑，此过程中由于多位夹持组件的作用，排水管呈竖直状态被运输到指定的安装位置，通过动力组件进行顺时针转动，依次将多位夹持组件装运的排水管移动到出口位置处再由作业人员取用，作业人员可免于对排水管进行校直，同时装置本身不会随着风吹晃动，使得安装工作能够省时省力地进行下去。
