The invention relates to an electric power steering gear and a vehicle. The electric power steering gear comprises a shell, a steering assembly, a gear sector shaft, a first electric power unit and a second electric power unit, and the steering assembly comprises an input part which is arranged on the shell in a penetrating mode and can rotate relative to the shell, a steering nut arranged on the input part in a sleeving mode, a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear; the steering nut can move along the input part when the input part rotates, the gear sector shaft is in transmission connection with the steering nut, a third bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear is arranged at the output end of the first electric power assisting unit, and the outer diameter of the third bevel gear is smaller than that of the first bevel gear. A fourth bevel gear meshed with the second bevel gear is arranged at the output end of the second electric power assisting unit, and the outer diameter of the fourth bevel gear is smaller than that of the second bevel gear. According to the electric power steering gear, worm and gear transmission is not needed, the transmission efficiency is improved, and the electric power steering gear can output larger torque.
