The invention provides a power system for a vehicle, a working method of the power system and the vehicle. According to the power system for the vehicle, by controlling connection and separation of the three clutch units, the two power sources can drive different wheels or drive the same wheel. When different wheels are driven, a torque vector distribution mode is realized, and when the same wheel is driven, a power confluence mode is realized. Furthermore, compared with other vehicle power systems with more components, the vehicle power system can achieve the same function and has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in weight, small in occupied space, low in cost and high in reliability.
