The three-planet coaxial electric drive axle comprises a differential mechanism arranged in a motor and double-planet-row speed reducing mechanisms arranged on the two sides of the motor, a rotor shaft of the motor is of a hollow structure, the differential mechanism is arranged in a cavity of the rotor shaft, and the hollow rotor shaft of the motor is a differential mechanism frame. The differential mechanism is connected with the double-planet-row speed reducing mechanism through a half shaft, and the double-planet-row speed reducing mechanism is connected with a wheel edge through an output shaft. When the rotor shaft of the motor rotates, torque is transmitted to the half shafts on the two sides of the differential mechanism through the differential mechanism in the rotor, the torque of the half shafts is transmitted to the double-planet-row speed reduction mechanism, and larger torque is obtained through speed reduction and output to the wheel edge. The differential mechanism is integrated into the motor, the internal space of the motor is further utilized, and the power density of the whole system is improved; a coaxial electric drive axle scheme is adopted, the internal space of a motor rotor is fully utilized, the integration degree is improved, and the purpose of improving the power density of the whole system is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种三行星同轴电驱动桥,包括设置在电机内部的差速器和设置在电机两侧的双行星排减速机构,电机的转子轴为空心结构,差速器设置在转子轴的空腔中,电机空心转子轴为差速器框架,差速器通过半轴与双行星排减速机构连接,双行星排减速机构通过输出轴与轮边连接。电机转子轴转动时,将扭矩经过转子内部的差速器传递到差速器两侧的半轴上,半轴的扭矩传递到双行星排减速机构上,经过减速得到更大的扭矩输出给轮边。本发明将差速器集成到电机内部,进一步利用电机内部空间,提升了整个系统的功率密度;采用同轴电驱动桥方案,充分利用电机转子内部空间,提高集成度,达到提高整个系统功率密度的目的。
