The invention provides a fuel cell hydrogen recovery system, a control method and a vehicle, the fuel cell hydrogen recovery system comprises a fuel cell, a hydrogen inlet pipeline, a circulating pipeline and a hydrogen recovery device, the fuel cell is provided with a hydrogen inlet and an exhaust port, and the hydrogen inlet pipeline is communicated with the hydrogen inlet and a gas source for providing hydrogen; the circulating pipeline is communicated with the exhaust port and the hydrogen inlet pipeline, so that hydrogen can be in the hydrogen inlet pipeline, the fuel cell and the circulating pipeline, stable work of the fuel cell is guaranteed, the hydrogen recovery device is connected with the circulating pipeline, and when the fuel cell hydrogen recovery system works, part of gas in the circulating pipeline can enter the hydrogen recovery device. And in the gas entering the hydrogen recovery device, the hydrogen is adsorbed by the hydrogen recovery device, so that the discharged gas does not contain hydrogen, the waste of hydrogen is avoided, and the risk of explosion of the discharged gas due to high hydrogen content is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池氢回收系统、控制方法及车辆,包括燃料电池、氢气进气管道、循环管道和氢气回收装置,燃料电池设置有氢气进气口和排气口,氢气进气管道连通氢气进气口和提供氢气的气源,循环管道连通排气口和氢气进气管道,使得氢气能够在氢气进气管道、燃料电池和循环管道中,保证燃料电池工作的稳定,氢气回收装置与循环管道相连,在燃料电池氢回收系统工作时,循环管道内的部分气体能够进入氢气回收装置,而且进入氢气回收装置的气体中,氢气被氢气回收装置吸附,因此,在排出的气体中,不含有氢气,避免了氢气的浪费,以及降低了排出的气体因含氢量较大而发生爆炸的风险。
