Abstract

According to the hoisting method for the frame module of the horizontal fermentation tank, provided by the invention, the accurate installation of a horizontal long-span, upper and lower double-layer, large-diameter and large-capacity tank body is realized, and the purposes of high-capacity production capacity and small overall construction occupied area are achieved. And for the installation of the tank body on the lower-layer frame, the two tank body sections are respectively hoisted, so that the single hoisting weight of hoisting equipment can be reduced, the operation difficulty of the hoisting equipment is reduced, and meanwhile, the high cost caused by renting a high-power crane can be saved, so that the overall construction cost is reduced. For the installation of the tank body on the upper-layer frame, the butt joint error between the tank body and the saddle can be reduced through butt joint installation of the whole tank body and the saddle, and the installation precision of the tank body on the upper-layer frame is guaranteed. The whole hoisting method is high in hoisting operation safety and strong in feasibility, and the construction of the horizontal fermentation tank frame module can be effectively realized.
