The invention relates to a method and system for reducing fuel consumption of a hybrid power vehicle. The method comprises the steps that an engine is started, the temperature of the engine is collected, an air conditioner is started, the set temperature of the air conditioner and the internal temperature of a cab are collected, and air pressure values of a front axle and a rear axle are collected; the ATS electronic radiator assembly, the electric air conditioner compressor and the electric air compressor are controlled to operate; calculating vehicle speed information, and sending the vehicle speed information to the EPS electric steering mechanism assembly; and a controller of the EPS electric steering mechanism assembly calculates to obtain an output torque according to the vehicle speed information and the input torque, and the EPS electric steering mechanism assembly provides steering assistance. According to the invention, mechanical acting parts of the engine of the hybrid power vehicle are canceled and changed into the electric parts, and the electric parts are respectively controlled by the vehicle controller based on the actual operation requirements of the vehicle, so that the oil consumption of the hybrid power vehicle is effectively reduced, the use cost of the vehicle is reduced, the emission of pollutants is reduced, and the hybrid power vehicle is environment-friendly.

    本发明涉及一种降低混合动力车辆油耗的方法及系统,包括,启动发动机,采集发动机温度,启动空调,采集空调的设定温度、驾驶室内部温度,采集前后桥气压值,根据采集得到的发动机温度、设定空调温度与驾驶室内部温度、前后桥气压值,控制ATS电子散热器总成、电动空调压缩机及电动空气压缩机的运转;计算车速信息,将车速信息发送至EPS电动转向机构总成;EPS电动转向机构总成的控制器根据车速信息及输入扭矩,计算得到输出扭矩,EPS电动转向机构总成提供转向助力。本发明通过将混合动力车辆发动机机械做功部件取消,改为电动化部件,基于车辆实际运行需求,整车控制器分别控制电动化部件,从而有效降低混合动力车辆的油耗,减少车辆的使用成本,并且减少污染物的排放,对环境友好。
