The invention discloses a train wheel passing recognition device and method based on high-precision triggering, and the device comprises a triggering sensor group which is used for collecting an original waveform signal in real time when a wheel set wheel passes, carrying out the filtering processing of the original waveform signal, converting the filtered signal into a level signal, and transmitting the level signal to a controller; the level signal is transmitted to the acquisition processing trigger board card; wherein the trigger sensor group comprises a first trigger sensor and a second trigger sensor; the acquisition processing trigger board card is used for receiving the level signal in real time, performing association judgment on the level signal, judging the time when the train wheel set passes through the wheels, and generating a photographing trigger signal at the same time; and the camera and light source module is used for photographing the train wheel pair wheel passing moment according to the photographing trigger signal to obtain a wheel passing moment picture. The method is suitable for scenes which are long in distance and cannot be installed in an over-limit mode, the wheel passing recognition accuracy is high, and the measurement precision is high.

    本发明公开了一种基于高精度触发的列车车轮通过识别装置及方法,该装置包括:触发传感器组,用于实时采集轮对车轮通过时的原始波形信号,对原始波形信号进行滤波处理,并将滤波处理后的信号转化为电平信号,及将电平信号传输至采集处理触发板卡;其中,触发传感器组包括第一触发传感器和第二触发传感器;采集处理触发板卡,用于实时接收电平信号,并对电平信号进行关联判断,判断出列车轮对车轮通过时刻,同时产生拍照触发信号;相机和光源模块,用于根据拍照触发信号,进行列车轮对车轮通过时刻进行拍照,得到车轮通过时刻图片。本发明适应于距离远且不能超限安装的场景,且对车轮通过识别准确性高、测量精度高。
