The invention provides a manufacturing method of an anchor table sample box, which comprises the following steps of: selecting a sample box cross section on an anchor table, dividing the anchor table into four parts which are opposite in pairs through the sample box cross section so as to obtain section sample box data of each part of the anchor table, manufacturing section sample strips according to the section sample box data, and finally assembling the section sample strips into the anchor table sample box. Compared with the prior art, manufacturing of the anchor chock coaming can be more effectively assisted, and the accuracy of anchor chock manufacturing is improved; in addition, according to the manufacturing method, the material loss is reduced, the machining efficiency of the auxiliary part is improved, and the manufacturing efficiency and the material utilization rate are remarkably improved; and the operation difficulty is reduced, and the labor cost is effectively saved.

    本发明提供一种锚台样箱的制作方法,先在锚台上选取样箱截断面,通过样箱截断面将锚台分为两两相对的四部分,从而得到每部分锚台的剖面样箱数据,再根据剖面样箱数据制作剖面样条,最后将剖面样条组装成锚台样箱。与现有技术相比,本发明能够更有效的辅助锚台围板的制作,提高锚台制作的精确度;另外,本发明的制作方法减少了物料损耗,提高了辅助件的加工效率,使制作效率和材料利用率显著提高;且降低了操作难度,有效节省了人工成本。
