The second solar panel group and the third solar panel group do telescopic motion in opposite directions relative to the first solar panel; the second solar panel group and the third solar panel group are in an unfolded state when extending out, and are in a contracted state when retracting; the two rotating mechanisms are fixedly connected with the second solar panel group and the third solar panel group respectively; and the rotating mechanism is configured to drive the second solar panel group and the third solar panel group to rotate and adjust. On the premise that the wind resistance coefficient is guaranteed, the absorption area and the time length of the solar panel are reasonably controlled, the purpose of more optimally utilizing solar energy for charging is achieved, and therefore the charging method of the vehicle is improved.
