The invention discloses a road risk assessment method fusing OBD and GPS multi-source Internet of Vehicles data. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring OBD data and GPS data of each vehicle running in a monitored road section i within unit time; the OBD data and the GPS data are fused, and the abnormal driving probability Pi of the monitored road section and the proportion Qi of high-risk drivers in the monitored road section are calculated; and calculating the risk value Ri of the monitored road according to the abnormal driving probability Pi of the monitored road section and the high-risk driver proportion Qi in the monitored road section. According to the method, the abnormal driving probability and the high-risk driver proportion in the monitored road section are analyzed by fusing OBD and GPS multi-source Internet of Vehicles data, and then the road risk is comprehensively evaluated according to the abnormal driving probability and the high-risk driver proportion in the monitored road section. The road static property and the road static property are comprehensively considered in the assessment process, and the risk assessment accuracy can be effectively improved.
