The invention, which relates to the technical field of ship positioning, discloses a comprehensive situation display system based on automatic ship identification, comprising a shipborne task terminal, an AIS and a radar. The shipborne task terminal comprises a ruggedized computer; the ruggedized computer is simultaneously connected with the ship radar system and the ship automatic identification system through serial port equipment, and a ship radar signal and a ship automatic identification system signal are accessed; ruggedized computer software reads ship radar signals and ship automatic identification system signals, analyzes radar targets and ship targets around the ship and displays the radar targets and the ship targets on an electronic chart; the signal verification module is used for verifying the communication state of the ruggedized computer in real time, and if it is judged that the communication state of the ruggedized computer is abnormal, the radar target and the ship target recognized at the moment are invalid; the signal identification signal is re-issued to the ruggedized computer, so that the abrupt change abnormal result value under the condition of poor signal quality can be effectively eliminated; and the signal identification efficiency and accuracy of the ruggedized computer are improved.
