The invention discloses an aviation aircraft optical window roller shutter door protection device which is characterized in that a roller shutter door fixing plate serves as a mounting base plate of the device and bears all parts for mounting and fixing; the long shaft support motor side and the moving shaft support realize parallel installation of the motor fixing seat, the driving shaft and the driven shaft; the closing in-place switch and the opening in-place switch feed back in-place information, so that the motor is powered off; the first baffle fixing piece, the second baffle fixing piece, the third baffle fixing piece and the fourth baffle fixing piece are installed on the corresponding sliding blocks respectively. The first sliding block and first guide rail combination and the second sliding block and second guide rail combination are installed on the roller shutter door fixing plate in parallel, and parallel sliding of the baffle is achieved. The chain is fixedly connected with the baffle through the chain pressing sheet, so that the chain and the baffle move synchronously; and the chain wheel pressing sheet completes axial fixed pressing connection of the chain wheel. The device is simple and compact in structure, low in cost, high in space utilization rate, long in service life, good in environmental adaptability and convenient to install and debug.
本发明公开了一种航空飞行器光学窗口卷帘门防护装置，卷帘门固定板作为所述装置的安装基板，承载所有零部件安装固定；长轴支撑电机侧与动轴支撑实现电机固定座、主动轴、从动轴的平行安装；关闭到位开关与打开到位开关反馈到位信息，使电机断电；第一挡板固定件、第二挡板固定件、第三挡板固定件、第四挡板固定件分别安装在相应的滑块上；第一滑块、第一导轨组合与第二滑块、第二导轨组合平行安装在所述卷帘门固定板上，实现挡板的平行滑动；链条压片将链条与挡板固定连接，实现链条与挡板同步移动；链轮压片完成链轮轴向固定压接。该装置结构简单紧凑、成本低、空间利用率高、寿命长、环境适应性好、安装调试方便。
