The invention provides a method and system for defining'idle release 'to evaluate the scheduling efficiency of a road intersection, and the method comprises the steps: defining idle release, creating a mapping table qMapTV of the time length of a phase and the total number of corresponding driving-out vehicles and an idle release data item list in an evaluation system, calculating the time length S of the phase, counting the total number N of all driving-out vehicles in the release process of the phase, generating a data set M, and recording the data set M into a mapping table qMapTV; the evaluation system traverses whether the mapping table data set meets null in real time; newly creating a null data item and storing the null data item in a null data item list; and when the traffic command system has sent a next phase switching signal, ending the phase, calculating whether the idle release index of the phase meets the overall idle release, and feeding back the currently stored idle release data item list and the overall idle release data to the traffic command system. The method has the beneficial effects that the evaluation method is simple, the evaluation accuracy of the scheduling efficiency of the road intersection is high, and real-time feedback can be realized.

    本发明提供一种定义“空放”评估道路交叉口调度效率的方法及系统,包括:定义空放,在评估系统中创建本相位时长与对应的驶出车辆总数的映射表qMapTV和空放数据项列表,计算本相位时长S,统计本相位放行过程中的所有驶出车辆总数为N,生成一条数据组M,记录至映射表qMapTV中;评估系统实时遍历映射表数据组是否满足空放;新建一条空放数据项并存储到空放数据项列表中;当交通指挥系统已发送下一相位切换信号,结束本相位,计算本相位空放指标是否满足整体空放,将当前已存储的空放数据项列表和整体空放数据反馈至交通指挥系统。本发明的有益效果:评估方法简单,对道路交叉口的调度效率评估准确度高,而且能够做到实时反馈。
