The invention discloses a safety early warning method based on driver physiological information, a storage medium and a system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the personal physiological information of a driver through a smart bracelet, carrying out the corresponding logic judgment through a vehicle-mounted center console, and finally carrying out the corresponding judgment and response processing of the driver according to drunk driving, sleepiness, fatigue and unforeseen circumstances. According to the invention, through a four-hour accumulated heart rate fatigue judgment method, a drunk driving judgment method with no motion but the heart rate kept at a high position and a logic judgment problem, the state of a driver before driving is considered to analyze fatigue and an emergency stop alarm lamp with the accidental heart rate being zero; the vehicle speed can be limited when fatigue occurs, whether a drinker drives the vehicle or not is judged according to the distance difference after the drinker drives the vehicle, and scientific and reasonable road driving safety early warning can be achieved.
