The invention discloses an empennage and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle empennages, the empennage comprises a mounting shell, a telescopic wing and a driving mechanism, the mounting shell is provided with a guide cavity, a disturbance structure is arranged on the cavity wall of the guide cavity in the height direction, and the disturbance structure comprises a guide convex surface and a guide concave surface which correspond to each other in position in the height direction; the telescopic wing is provided with a turbulent flow section and a guide section, the guide section movably extends into the guide cavity, and guide blocks are arranged on the two sides of the guide section; a movable part of the driving mechanism acts on the guide section so as to drive the guide section to move in the guide cavity in the telescopic direction; the molded surfaces of the guide convex surface and the guide concave surface are matched, so that the sizes of all parts, in the telescopic direction, of the guide cavity in the height direction are the same, and when the driving mechanism drives the guide block to move to be in contact with the disturbance structure, the telescopic wing swings upwards or downwards relative to the mounting shell. The empennage provided by the invention can reduce wind resistance so as to reduce energy consumption; and the length of the empennage is adjustable, so that the universality of the empennage can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种尾翼及车辆,属于车辆尾翼技术领域,尾翼包括安装壳、伸缩翼以及驱动机构,安装壳设有导向腔,导向腔沿高度方向的腔壁上设有扰动结构,扰动结构包括在高度方向位置相对应的导向凸面和导向凹面;伸缩翼设有扰流段以及导向段,导向段可移动地伸入于导向腔中,导向段的两侧均设有导向块;驱动机构的可动部分作用于导向段,以驱动导向段在导向腔中沿伸缩方向移动;导向凸面和导向凹面的型面相匹配,以使导向腔的沿伸缩方向的各处在高度方向上的尺寸相同,且在驱动机构驱动导向块移动至与扰动结构接触时,伸缩翼相对于安装壳上摆或下摆。本发明提供的尾翼可以降低风阻,从而降低能耗;同时尾翼的长度可调还可以提高尾翼的通用性。
