The invention provides an inflating and deflating device for a stratospheric aerostat. The inflating and deflating device comprises a fan assembly and a valve assembly. The fan assembly comprises a shell which is coaxially arranged; the shell comprises a fan shell and a motor shell which are coaxially arranged, and a first airflow channel is formed between the fan shell and the motor shell. The valve assembly comprises a valve body, a valve rod and a valve cover, the valve body is connected with the shell, and the valve body is provided with an air inlet channel which penetrates through the valve body and communicates with the first airflow channel; the valve rod penetrates through the valve body in the axial direction and partially extends into the motor shell, and the valve rod and the valve body can be connected in a limited axial moving mode. According to the embodiment of the invention, a current collector and a fairing are not needed, and airflow can directly enter the first airflow channel in the shell through the air inlet channel of the valve body, so that the overall structure of the inflating and deflating device is more simplified. And the valve rod penetrates through the valve body along the axial direction and partially extends into the motor shell, so that the integration and miniaturization of the inflating and deflating device can be realized.

    本发明提供一种用于平流层浮空器的充放气装置,包括风机组件和阀门组件。风机组件包括同轴设置的壳体;壳体包括同轴设置的风机外壳和电机外壳,风机外壳和电机外壳之间形成第一气流通道。阀门组件包括阀体、阀杆和阀盖,阀体与壳体连接,阀体开设贯穿阀体且与第一气流通道连通的进气通道;阀杆沿轴向贯穿阀体且部分伸入电机外壳内,阀杆与阀体可限定轴向移动地连接。本发明实施例无需设置集流器和整流罩,气流可直接通过阀体的进气通道进入壳体内的第一气流通道,使得充放气装置整体结构更加简化。并且由于阀杆沿轴向贯穿阀体且部分伸入电机外壳内,有利于实现充放气装置的集成化和小型化。
