The invention relates to a suspension control method and system based on a hydrogen fuel cell. The method comprises the following steps: when the suspension system is in a rated working condition, controlling the hydrogen fuel cell module to be switched to a constant power output mode, selecting two working states that the output power of the hydrogen fuel cell module is not less than or less than suspension power according to the capacity of the energy storage module, and controlling the duration time of the corresponding working state, and the power supply voltage output by the voltage stabilization module is ensured to be in a voltage stabilization working state for the suspension system according to the corresponding output voltage rising value or the corresponding output voltage falling value. When the suspension system is in a peak working condition and the hydrogen fuel cell module cannot independently meet the power requirement of the suspension system, the energy storage module can be switched to a discharge state to adapt to the suspension system with a high change rate in real time. By adopting the method, the utilization rate of the fuel cell can be ensured while the peak working condition requirement of the suspension controller is met, and the problem that the low-output dynamic response of the hydrogen fuel cell cannot be matched with the high change rate of suspension control is solved.

    本申请涉及一种基于氢燃料电池的悬浮控制方法和系统。所述方法包括:当悬浮系统处于额定工况,控制氢燃料电池模块切换至恒功率输出模式,根据储能模块的容量选择氢燃料电池模块的输出功率不小于或者小于悬浮功率这两种工作状态,控制好对应的工作状态持续时间,以及对应的输出电压上升值或者输出电压下降值,确保稳压模块输出的供电电压对于悬浮系统而言为稳压工作状态。当悬浮系统处于峰值工况,氢燃料电池模块无法单独满足悬浮系统功率需求时,储能模块可以切换至放电状态实时适应高变化率的悬浮系统。采用本方法能够在满足悬浮控制器峰值工况需求的同时确保燃料电池利用率,并解决氢燃料电池低输出动态响应无法匹配悬浮控制高变化率的问题。
