The invention provides a clutch device and a stabilizer bar system, relates to the technical field of vehicle accessories, and aims to solve the problem that an existing stabilizer bar cannot be always kept in one state to a certain extent. The clutch device is used for a stabilizer bar system and comprises a positioning mechanism, a sliding component, an electromagnetic assembly and an elastic piece. The sliding component is in sliding connection with the positioning mechanism and can slide in the axial direction relative to the positioning mechanism; the electromagnetic assembly is located between the positioning mechanism and the sliding component and comprises a first electromagnetic part and a second electromagnetic part, the first electromagnetic part is connected with the positioning mechanism, the second electromagnetic part is connected with the sliding component, and the elastic part is located between the first electromagnetic part and the second electromagnetic part. The side, away from the positioning mechanism, of the sliding component can abut against or be separated from a speed reducer planet carrier of the stabilizer bar system.
