The invention discloses a vehicle separation device and method for an overload control off-site law enforcement system, and aims to solve the problems of vehicle separation reliability and data matching accuracy, and vehicle separation, accurate weighing, stable snapshot and data matching are realized by adopting a mode of combining an annular ground induction coil and laser vehicle separation. And through channel switching, which vehicle separation device is adopted is selected, so that a relatively reliable device is selected under a specific condition. The annular ground induction coil is connected into the coil controller, an output signal of the coil controller and a laser output signal are respectively connected into a vehicle separation signal interface of the weighing controller, the weighing controller detects a logic relation of an input signal to automatically switch modes, and reliable separation, accurate weighing, stable snapshot and rear end and data matching of vehicles are realized. Therefore, the application of an overload control off-site law enforcement system is met.

    本发明公开了一种用于治超非现场执法系统的车辆分离装置及方法,为了解决车辆分离可靠性、数据匹配准确率,本发明采用环形地感线圈与激光分车相结合的方式实现车辆分离、精确称量、稳定抓拍、数据匹配。通过通道切换,选择采取何种车辆分离装置,从而实现在特定条件下选择较为可靠的装置。环形地感线圈接入线圈控制器,线圈控制器输出信号与激光输出信号分别接入称重控制器分车信号接口,称重控制器检测输入信号的逻辑关系自动切换模式,实现对车辆的可靠分离、精确称量,稳定抓拍以及后端与数据匹配,从而满足治超非现场执法系统应用。
