The invention relates to the technical field of train management systems, in particular to a train operation system and method.The train operation system comprises an operation tunnel and a transfer tunnel, a partition door is arranged between the transfer tunnel and the operation tunnel, the transfer tunnel and the operation tunnel are connected through the partition door, and sealing plates are horizontally bonded to the top of the transfer tunnel and the top of the operation tunnel correspondingly; and a plurality of air extracting devices are arranged on the sealing plate and are fixed on the sealing plate at equal intervals.
