The invention discloses a multi-module high-temperature gas cooled reactor large equipment gantry crane and a hoisting method.The gantry crane comprises a gantry crane body which is arranged above a nuclear island plant in a crossing mode and can move in the first horizontal direction; the first trolley lifting device can be movably arranged at the top of the gantry crane main body along a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction; the first trolley lifting device is provided with a first trolley lifting hook; the second trolley lifting device is movably arranged at the top of the gantry crane main body in the second horizontal direction; the second trolley lifting device is provided with a second trolley lifting hook. According to the scheme, the hoisting mode of the gantry crane is adopted, the hoisting capacity of the gantry crane can be completely utilized and is not limited by the working range, the hoisting posture adjustment of overturning the multi-module high-temperature gas cooled reactor large equipment to the vertical state can be rapidly achieved based on the double hoisting hooks of the gantry crane, hoisting combined operation of two cranes is not needed, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. The hoisting mode is high in efficiency, high in safety and good in economical efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种多模块高温气冷堆大件设备龙门吊、吊装方法,其中,该龙门吊包括:用于横跨设置于核岛厂房的上方,且可沿第一水平方向移动的龙门吊主体;可沿垂直于第一水平方向的第二水平方向移动设置于龙门吊主体的顶部的第一小车起吊装置;第一小车起吊装置具有第一小车吊钩;可沿第二水平方向移动设置于龙门吊主体的顶部的第二小车起吊装置;第二小车起吊装置具有第二小车吊钩。本方案采用龙门吊的吊装方式,可使得龙门吊的起重能力能够完全利用,不受工作幅度制约,而且基于龙门吊的双吊钩还能够快速实现多模块高温气冷堆大件设备翻转至竖立状态的吊装姿态调整,无需两台起重机抬吊联合作业,此种吊装方式效率高、安全性高和经济性好。
