The invention discloses a rolling tire structure noise time domain prediction method, which comprises the following steps of: performing conformal retraction on the surface of a tire model to establish a conformal surface, arranging a plurality of equivalent sources on the conformal surface, and solving time domain acceleration at each node on the surface of the tire model; establishing a transfer function between each node and the source intensity of the equivalent source according to the position relationship between the equivalent source point and the tire surface time domain acceleration node; based on an offline interpolation method, the equivalent source intensity at any position on the conformal plane in the tire model at each moment is solved according to the transfer function; the ground reflection influence is included in the obtained sound transmission relation through a mirror image source method, and the tire external structure noise field is obtained through calculation by establishing the transmission relation between the tire external sound field and the equivalent source. According to the method, the equivalent source surface and the tire model surface are conformal, and the influence of the ground reflection effect is considered, so that the accurate and efficient tire structure noise prediction process is realized.

    本发明公开了一种滚动轮胎结构噪声时域预测方法,包括在轮胎模型表面进行共形回缩建立共形面,并在共形面上设置若干个等效源,以及求解轮胎模型表面各节点处的时域加速度;根据等效源点及轮胎表面时域加速度节点的位置关系,建立各节点与等效源源强之间的传递函数;基于线下插值方法,根据传递函数求解各时刻轮胎模型内部共形面上任意位置下的等效源强;利用镜像源法在得到的声传递关系中计入地面反射影响,通过建立轮胎外部声场与等效源之间的传递关系,计算得到轮胎外部结构噪声场。本发明通过等效源面与轮胎模型表面共形,且考虑地面反射作用的影响,从而实现准确高效的轮胎结构噪声预测过程。
