The invention discloses a charging dispatching system and method for a port unmanned motorcade, and relates to the technical field, and the method comprises the steps: selecting a vehicle with the highest SOC value for the subsequent dispatching operation after the primary dispatching operation is completed at a background end; the scheduling operation comprises the steps of dividing the vehicles receiving the operation task into a to-be-charged vehicle, a to-be-replaced vehicle and a to-be-operated vehicle according to a preset division strategy; the total operation time including the charging time, the battery replacement time and the operation time is obtained through calculation in combination with all the information; and adjusting the first weight and the second weight until the total operation time meets a preset expectation. According to the invention, the control center of vehicle scheduling can be transferred from the background end to the vehicle end, the load and cost of the background end are reduced, and the total operation time is shortened by optimizing the charging time according to the characteristics that the distance between the terminals is short and the influence of the operation time on the total operation time is small in a port scheduling scene, so that the overall operation efficiency is improved.

    本申请公开了一种港口无人车队的充换电调度系统及方法,涉及技术领域,包括在后台端完成初次的调度操作后,选定SOC值最高的车辆进行后续的调度操作;调度操作包括按照预设的划分策略,将接收到作业任务的车辆划分为待充电车辆、待换电车辆、以及待作业车辆;结合所述所有信息,计算得到包含充电时间、换电时间、以及作业时间的总运行时间;通过调整第一权重和第二权重,直至总运行时间符合预设预期。本申请能够将车辆调度的控制中心由后台端转移到车端,降低后台端负荷和成本,并根据港口调度场景下各终端距离较近,作业时间对总运行时间影响较小的特点,通过优化充换电时长缩短总运行时间,提高整体作业效率。
