Abstract

The invention discloses a movable electric hoisting device for an external cold water pump and a motor. The movable electric hoisting device comprises a movable assembled door-shaped hanging bracket and an electric hoist mounted on the door-shaped hanging bracket, the movable assembly type door-shaped hanging bracket comprises two door-shaped supports which are symmetrically arranged, a door-shaped support beam is arranged between the two door-shaped supports, telescopic rods are arranged at the two side ends of the door-shaped support beam, the lower ends of the telescopic rods are connected with worms, and the lower ends of the worms are inserted into the door-shaped supports and can be matched with the transmission gears to achieve lifting. A crank handle is installed on the door-shaped support and used for driving the transmission gear to rotate so as to drive the worm to ascend and descend. The electric hoist is hung on a cross beam of the door-shaped support through a pulley block and further electrically connected with an electric hoist controller, and the electric hoist controller is used for controlling the electric hoist to move and ascend and descend. The invention aims to provide a movable and splicable electric hoisting device which is used for hoisting an external cold water pump and a motor to meet the requirement of replacing a faulted pump or motor.

本发明公开了一种可移动的外冷水用泵及电机电动起吊装置，包括可移动式的组装式门型吊架以及安装在门型吊架的电动葫芦；可移动式的组装式门型吊架包括对称设置的两个门型支架，两个门型支架之间设置有门型支架横梁，门型支架横梁的两侧端设置有伸缩杆，伸缩杆的下端连接蜗杆，蜗杆的下端插入门型支架内且与传动齿轮可通过配合实现升降；门型支架上安装有手摇柄，手摇柄用于驱动传动齿轮转动进而带动蜗杆升降；电动葫芦通过滑轮组悬挂于门型支架横梁上，电动葫芦还电连接电动葫芦控制器，电动葫芦控制器用于控制电动葫芦的移动升降。本发明的目的是提供一种可移动、可拼装的电动起吊装置，用来起吊外冷水用泵及电机，满足更换故障泵或电机的需要。
