The invention discloses a ground grid grounding resistance detection auxiliary device based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, which relates to the field of power maintenance and comprises a flight module, a control module and a rotation module. The flight module comprises a mounting seat and paddles; the control module comprises a microprocessor and a signal receiver, the microprocessor is connected with the flight module and the rotation module, and the signal receiver is located at the top end of the control module; the rotating module comprises a connecting piece, a motor, a flange plate and a ground resistance tester, a high-definition camera, a laser radar and a GPS unit are arranged in the connecting piece, and the ground resistance tester and the microprocessor are electrically connected with the motor, the high-definition camera, the laser radar and the GPS unit respectively. Compared with a traditional scheme, the scheme has the advantages that substation grounding grid grounding resistance detection is assisted in a flight mode based on the unmanned aerial vehicle, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the operation is more convenient.
