The invention provides a driving assistance device. Even if the vehicle slides down when being parked on a ramp on a low-mu road surface, tension of a driver can be restrained. A DSSEECU (45) provided in a driving assistance device is provided with a slip determination unit, a brake torque estimation unit, a slip rate setting unit, and a drive torque setting unit. The slip-down determination unit determines the slip-down of the host vehicle (M) on the basis of the detected depression of the brake pedal and the relationship between the wheel speeds of the drive wheels (Aw) (Fl, Fr, R1, Rr) and the vehicle body speed. The brake torque estimation unit estimates a brake torque acting on each of the drive wheels (Aw) during gliding. The slip rate setting unit sets the slip rate (lambda) of each drive wheel (Aw) during glide on the basis of a preset slip distribution. On the basis of the slip ratio (lambda) of each drive wheel (Aw), the drive torque setting unit sets a drive torque for driving each drive wheel (Aw) against the estimated brake torque.
