The invention relates to a brake drum heat power generation self-circulation cooling system and a cooling method thereof. A brake system is driven through a brake system; an integrated thermoelectric power generation sheet is fixed on the outer side of the braking system; the integrated thermoelectric power generation sheet is connected to the input end of the rectifying device; the output end of the rectifying device is connected with a charging and discharging management module; the charging and discharging management module is connected in parallel with an electric power storage system; the integrated thermoelectric power generation sheet reaches a critical value through the temperature generated by the braking system in the braking process, and the charging and discharging management module controls the integrated thermoelectric power generation sheet to charge the power storage system according to whether the temperature exceeds the critical value or not when the temperature does not reach the critical value, and controls the integrated thermoelectric power generation sheet to charge the power storage system when the temperature reaches or exceeds the critical value. And the charging and discharging management module controls the electric power storage system to discharge electricity to the integrated thermoelectric power generation sheet, so that the integrated thermoelectric power generation sheet cools the braking system.

    本发明涉及一种制动鼓热量发电自循环冷却系统及其冷却方法,采用了通过刹车系统来驱动制动系统;在制动系统的外侧固定集成式温差发电片;所述的集成式温差发电片连接至整流装置的输入端;在整流装置的输出端上连接充放电管理模块;在充放电管理模块上并联电力储存系统;集成式温差发电片通过制动系统在制动过程中产生的温度达到临界值,充放电管理模块依据是否超过临界值,未达到临界值时,充放电管理模块控制集成式温差发电片对电力储存系统进行充电,达到或者超过临界值时,充放电管理模块控制电力储存系统对集成式温差发电片放电,使得集成式温差发电片对制动系统进行冷却。
