The invention provides a water-pump-free sand-water stirring system which comprises a stirring device, a water pump and a water pump. The stirring device is connected to the engineering ship through the mounting frame and can move up and down; the quantitative sand supply device is communicated with the stirring device through a sand conveying pipe; the sand pumping device is communicated with the stirring device through a sand pumping pipe; wherein the stirring device can descend along the mounting frame to be submerged into a preset underwater position, so that water in the external environment enters the stirring device through the water inlet and is mixed with sand fed into the stirring device from the quantitative sand supply device, and mortar with a preset sand-water ratio is obtained. According to the water-pump-free sand-water stirring system, a water pump for supplying water is omitted, the stirring device is installed on the side of the engineering ship, the stirring device is lifted to a certain depth below the water surface through the installation frame, a sand-water mixture is sucked through the sand pumping device, negative pressure is generated, and water in the external environment is introduced into the stirring device; therefore, water can be automatically supplied to the stirring device from the external environment.
本申请提供一种无水泵砂水搅拌系统，包括：搅拌装置，其上设有进水口；安装架，搅拌装置通过其连接在工程船上，并能上下移动；定量供砂装置，其通过送砂管与搅拌装置连通；抽砂装置，其通过抽砂管与搅拌装置连通；其中，搅拌装置可沿安装架下降至没入水下预定位置，以使外部环境中的水通过进水口进入搅拌装置，并与来自定量供砂装置送入搅拌装置的砂混合，从而获得预定砂水配比的砂浆。本申请实施例所提供的无水泵砂水搅拌系统，取消设置水泵用于供水，而是将搅拌装置安装在工程船船侧，通过安装架升降搅拌装置至水面以下一定深度，通过抽砂装置吸取砂水混合物产生负压将外部环境的水引入搅拌装置中，从而达到由外部环境自动为搅拌装置供水。
