According to the invention, the improved mooring unmanned aerial vehicle is adopted, power is provided for the unmanned aerial vehicle through the wind turbine generator power generation performance testing device, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is ensured to continuously collect wind speed signals; the time synchronization of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the wind power plant is realized by adopting computer network time synchronization NTP time synchronization; measuring conditions are judged through the safety and control module, the testing process of the unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled, and safety and effectiveness of measurement are guaranteed; the data is processed in real time through the operation module, invalid data caused by fan shutdown and the like are eliminated, the effectiveness of a test result is ensured, and the problem that a meteorological measurement system based on an unmanned aerial vehicle cannot carry out the power generation performance test of a wind turbine generator is solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机的风电机组发电性能测量系统及方法,该系统包括无人机测风装置,用于采集风速风向等数据信息;风电机组发电性能测试装置,其分别与无人机测风装置和风电机组相连并分别进行数据传输。本发明中,采用改进型系留无人机,通过风电机组发电性能测试装置为其提供动力,保证无人机连续采集风速信号;采用计算机网络时间同步NTP对时,实现无人机与风电场时间上的同步;通过安全及控制模块判断测量条件,控制无人机的测试过程,保证测量的安全性和有效性;通过运算模块对数据进行实时处理,剔除风机停机等原因导致的无效数据,保证测试结果的有效性,解决了基于无人机的气象测量系统无法开展风电机组发电性能测试的问题。
