The invention relates to a vehicle control method and device, a medium and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps of obtaining position information of an abnormal condition at the top of a vehicle; judging whether the distance between the position where the abnormal condition occurs at the top of the vehicle and the headrest position of the vehicle seat is smaller than or equal to the safe distance; determining a vehicle seat with the distance between the headrest position and the position where the abnormal condition occurs at the top of the vehicle is smaller than or equal to a safe distance as a target seat; and the headrest position of the target seat is adjusted so as to increase the distance between the headrest position of the target seat and the position, where the abnormal condition occurs, of the top of the vehicle. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the longitudinal extrusion injury of the top of the vehicle to passengers can be effectively avoided when a falling object or a longitudinal extrusion accident occurs at the top of the vehicle in related technologies, and the method is simple and easy to implement.

    本公开涉及一种车辆控制方法、装置、介质及车辆。该方法包括:获取车辆顶部出现异常情况的位置信息;判断车辆顶部出现异常情况的位置与车辆座椅的头枕位置之间的距离是否小于等于安全距离;确定头枕位置与所述车辆顶部出现异常情况的位置之间的距离小于等于安全距离的车辆座椅为目标座椅;调节所述目标座椅的头枕位置,以增大所述目标座椅的头枕位置与所述车辆顶部出现异常情况的位置之间的距离。本公开提供的技术方案,可以有效的避免相关技术中的当车辆顶部出现坠物或者纵向挤压事故时,车辆顶部对乘车人员的纵向挤压伤害,方法简单,且容易实现。
