The invention discloses an auxiliary braking system of an electric bicycle and an implementation method. The auxiliary braking system comprises a microprocessor, a brushless direct current motor vector controller, a pressure sensor, an A/D conversion circuit, an input module, a speed sensor and an acceleration sensor. On the basis of a brushless direct current motor adopted by an electric bicycle, electromagnetic torque output by a motor is accurately adjusted through vector control, the electromagnetic torque of the motor, braking torque of a brake and friction force of the ground jointly act on tires, a PID parameter setting device is used for setting parameters of a PID controller of a system, and the optimal control effect is obtained. By accurately controlling the electromagnetic torque of the brushless direct current motor, the slip rate of the electric bicycle is adjusted, the shortest braking distance is obtained, and the braking safety of the bicycle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动自行车辅助刹车系统及实现方法,包括:微处理器、无刷直流电机矢量控制器、压力传感器、A/D转换电路、输入模块、速度传感器,加速度传感器;在电动自行车所采用的无刷直流电机的基础上,使用矢量控制精确调节电机输出的电磁转矩,电机的电磁转矩、制动器制动转矩和地面的摩擦力共同作用于轮胎,使用PID参数整定装置对系统的PID控制器的参数进行整定,获得最佳控制效果,通过精确控制无刷直流电机的电磁转矩,调节电动自行车的滑移率,获得最短的制动距离,提高车辆制动的安全性。
