Comprising the steps that firstly, a steel wire ring assembly, an airtight layer material, a cord thread layer material and sidewall rubber are processed, attached and compacted, and a semi-finished tire blank is prepared; 2, preparing a tread steel wire band layer and a cap strip layer, and applying the tread rubber assembly on the cap strip layer to prepare a tread assembly; 3, the tread assembly and the semi-finished tire blank are jointed to prepare a complete tire blank, and the complete tire blank is subjected to vulcanization treatment to prepare a finished tire; wherein the tread rubber assembly comprises an insulating rubber layer, a conductive rubber layer and a base rubber layer; the conductive adhesive layer is of a vertical structure and penetrates through the base adhesive layer and the insulating rubber layer, the cap strip layer is connected with the conductive adhesive layer, conductive adhesive (chimney adhesive) and a high-conductivity cap strip form a conductive path, original base adhesive is replaced for electric conduction, and the high-conductivity requirement is met. And the formula of the base glue can be adjusted to realize low rolling resistance.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种高导电低滚阻结构轮胎及制备方法。包括骤一、将钢丝圈组件,气密层材料,帘线层材料,胎侧橡胶经过加工处理,贴紧压实,制得半成品胎坯;步骤二、制备胎面钢丝束带层与冠带条层,并将胎面橡胶组件施加在冠带条层上方,制得胎面组件;步骤三、将胎面组件与半成品胎坯接合,制得完整胎坯,将完整胎坯经硫化处理后制得成品轮胎;其中胎面橡胶组件包括绝缘橡胶层,导电胶层,基部胶层;导电胶层为竖直结构贯穿所述基部胶层与所述绝缘橡胶层,冠带条层与所述导电胶层相连,将导电胶(烟囱胶)与高导电冠带条形成导电通路,代替原基部胶导电,实现高导电要求;基部胶可以进行配方调整,实现低滚阻。
