本发明公开了计及电动汽车时变道路阻抗的配电网优化调度方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:建立计及时变道路阻抗的电动汽车出行路径选择模型,通过增强型Dijkstra路径搜索算法确定电动汽车出行路径;建立计及时变温度、交通路况因素的电动汽车充电负荷模型,结合电动汽车出行路径确定电动汽车充电功率;建立考虑配网经济运行的多目标优化调度模型,向该模型中输入电动汽车充电功率,采用基于动态学习因子的多目标粒子群算法对考虑配网经济运行的多目标优化调度模型求解含电动汽车充电功率分布;通过本发明配电网优化调度方法能够减小配电网负荷标准差、联络线功率标准差,降低配电网调度运行成本。
